Delivery is free in France and Belgium and will be charged for the rest of the world.

Delivery in France :

Free delivery :

In relay point - delivery between 5 and 7 days in the relay point of your choice. This delivery system is the most environmental friendly as it generates 30% less CO2 than a home delivery in letter box.

Home delivery - delivery between 5 and 7 days directly in your mailbox.

Premium delivery (for an order placed before 2pm):

Express 48h in relay point: 3,90 € (offered from 40 € of purchases)

Express 24h : 5,90 €(free for orders over 40 €)

Express 48h : 4,90 € (offered from 50 € of purchases)

Delivery in Belgium :

In relay point - delivery between 5 and 7 days in the relay point of your choice. 30% less CO2 than a home delivery in your mailbox.

Home delivery - 5,90€ - delivery between 3 and 5 days directly in your mailbox.

All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times are systematically indicated when choosing the carrier in the first step.

Delivery methods outside France are indicated when you select the country of delivery in the order summary .

Returns :

In France, returns are free of charge and can be made via the worldwide network of relays by dropping the package off at a relay point. You have 100 days from the delivery date to return the products .

Internationally, returns are not free.

Personalized products and protective masks are neither returned nor exchanged.
